I sent them a total of $ 1, 175.00 for which I did not recieve any services from them for my Loan Modification. I don't know where to turn or whom to speak with. I ordered a $50 chain, which never came. My credit card was charged but I could not get thru to them on the phone to see what was up. They clearly ignored me and finally the only way to get them to call me back was to say I wanted to buy more stuff, at which point they told me my order never existed (but they charged my credit card). This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made. I have owned my stove 65 days and it has only worked for 6 days. I might add 6 days not in a row. It was dead when it came out of the box. Customer service sent part after part. Finally I had enought and told them to send me a new stove which they said they would . Just one problem, I would have to bring the 238 lb stove to the shipper and take delivery there of the new one and haul it into the house myself. I said no it want my money back. On June 3, 2009 I purchased (downloaded) the Microsoft Office 2007 and all was fine until I recently had to "clean out" my computer due to viruses and start with what I had when I first purchased it which did not include the Microspft Office. I cannot find the key, but have proof of the purcdhase on my credit card. When I called Microsoft, they say they have no record of the sale, so who are thes people on my charge card and how do I get the key code? I cannot afford to buy it again and it is very much needed. My number is on all "do not call" lists. I received an automated call at dinner time which I could either ignore by hanging up or leave my name and number for a call back from a representative. I left my name and number so I could find out the name of the company without getting hung up on as they usually do. A woman named Carolyn or Caroline returned the call. They are violating the "do not call" list restrictions. I have never done business with them and have no relationship whatsoever with any of the entities (cleaning of ducts, carpets, tile, etc.). read full review »

To all Australians done by this scam this is what you should do.
Call the 1800 267 164 number now, IT WORKS I GOT THROUGH THIS MORNING
ask to cancel order and get a refund, but make sure you cancel all products like dazzle smile and the tray that im sure everyone got charged for but did not order.
however they say that you need to call again to cancel the second order because they can only deal with one thing per phone call which is *** because its all got to be on one data base.

I was in my local Sam's Club and they had a wide assortment of travel deals available. The one that caught my eye was a package that said 2 cruise tickets for $99! I read the card the offer was printed on and it said that the price reflected a inside cabin and off-season price of $99. Still...that''s not too bad a deal anyway. I went to my socal sonec and ordered a cheeseburger with mayo, onion and Jalapinos. I recieved a cheese burger with everthing accept what I ordered, I told them and got another burger and it had what I ordered with only 3 jalapinos. If I am paying .80 cents for side items I want more than 3 jalapinos. Another time I ordered a breakfast sandwich with baccon, The sandwich had 2 pieces of baccon. Three weeks ago I went to Costco to order eye glasses. They have a numbered queue system, which should have been my first clue that they don't mind making customer wait a long time. When I arrived and took my number there were about six numbers ahead of me. More than 20 minutes passed before they finally called my number. The girls working there had served two young guys out of sequence. So not only do they make you wait, if the girls working there aren't interested in flirting with you then you wait even longer.

On October 1st a women presented on my doorstep selling magazines. She said that she was working in a recovery house and trying to put her life back together. I ordered two magazines from her and have never received them. The receipt she gave me states to wait 90-120 days. However, I have tried to call the number on the slip and its a fax [1-888-563-1036]. A lot of their products come out of Hong Kong and there is no way to track where your product is or when it will arrive. The person(s) answering the phone are no help either. If you do decide to order from them, be assured that your product will take at least 3 weeks to arrive (if it does at all).
The Mgr (possible owner) is Gary. Although you may leave messages for him to call back, be assured that he wont.

I purchased a sofa, love seat, and recliner from WG&R in Green Bay. The sales associate sold me the Ultra-Shield warrenty stating that any stain, rip, etc. would be covered by the company. I ordered from www.clickdvdmedia.com on 11/27/09.. after not receiving my order within the promised timeframe I replied to initial confirmation email. I sent a reply once a day for 3 days straight. I did finally receive a return email on 12/17/09 that stated only that my order had been procesed and shipped. And I was given a tracking number through USPS.
