It is far to easy to get blacklisted in South Africa, all you have to do is go to the court and make an accusation against someone. Just a summons, whether you go to court or not is enough for ITC to blacklist . It is disgusting and should be stopped. I was issued a summons by a former employer, the matter never went to court yet ITC can still list you for a default judgement even though the matter was never finalised in court. This bank charged my wife $170.00 to close a checking and a equity loan account that was paid in full. The checking account had no outstanding checks at the time and a zero balance. My friends and I went here for new years and paid for a VIP table and bottle service. I do not even know where this company is located. I ordered a Freetalk Headset. It took a month to get to me. It came broken. Our contract was to expire in July 2009. My computer became infected with a virus and I purchased the McAfee virus removal service for $90. McAfee techs told me the computer was clean and recommended I purchase the anti-viral software for another $120 which I did. Within days, it was clear the virus remained. I received a nightshirt for christmas from someone in another province. It was too big and I did not have a receipt. When I went to do an exchange there was not another nightshirt like it.
