We purchased two pet condos in espresso finish. These pet condos also function as end or accent tables. They require assembly. It took us about an hour to assemble each table. For each of the last 2 months I have been charged $19.98 by Verizon Wireless for some mysterious "premium text messages". I have no idea how they got my cell phone number or why these charges were put on my bill. One charge was for a web site called "Solow.com" and the other one was for "sendmemobile.com". I noticed that my regular bank account has been debited by a company name I did not recognize nor did I authorize. I reported it to the bank but it can only go back 60 days to refund this amount. This company worked on the top half of a Honda Civic engine head which had warped due to broken water pump and overheating. We specifically asked Family Auto to roll up the windows and lock the car while it was on their lot. We asked for a report prior to work being done. Purchased a black cedar "hope" chest. it was a sealed undamaged carton. I took possesion as is. it was loaded in my explorer and I took it home. When I unloaded it and removed carton, I found a piece of trim lying lose in carton, the lock assembly was lose inside chest and the seal was bent in. Additional there was scratches on surface.
