Jseph Nguyen played a major croock roll in ALG Capital. He tricked me to get my house refinanced at 3.0% interest rate, 100.00K cash, no prepayment penalty for 10 years for the new loan, no prepayment penalty for my previous loan (he said new loan company will pay them, at no cost to me).
Nothing has happened like he mentioned in his truth of lending document, as above. What has happened that the escrow was completed without my knowledge, my signature was forged, every one got paid off from the loan money and I ended up with no cash in hand... read full review »

On February 2nd, I attended Maggie's Pub and had a tab of eight dollars. I tipped the the bartender 2 dollars so that it was 10 even. Two days later, I checked my bank statement and realized that Maggie's Pub had charged me 11 dollars. I called the business and spoke to a manager named Peter. Like others who have written on this site I have had my credit card fraudulently used for the past two months. I applied for a sample pack of White Smile having seen it first on the New York Times internet site and then in a leading Sydney newspaper. I was prepared to spend the $15 the offer entailed and was billed in Nov 09 for $20.80. Now my credit card account has been debited for a total of $A222.63!!! under the company names listed. The new scam among the scammers is romacpublishing. com, they are a complete scam that only want to steal your money. I was contacted by them and they told me that i owed a bill. I never even heard of this company and told them to go to hell. Watch out for the Romac Publishing Scam. I bought a cooks microwave and cooks toaster from jcpenney.com. Both products I purchased in April of 08 together and they both died on December 09 on Christmas day no less.
I had microwaves and toasters last me about 5 to 10 years and these products only made it a little over a year. I even have the boxes for them and they look brand new.
I contacted jcpenney and they said sorry it is only 1yr warranty.
I will never ever buy a cooks product again. :-( read full review »

and it was a HUGE MISTAKE. Oh the software worked fine during
the short test period...BUT when I decided to uninstal it rather than purchase it, I discovered that the software had changed many of my saved and archived files with new file parameters and suffixes and
the uninstal program DID NOT RETURN MY FILES TO THEIR ORIGINAL STATES. This means these files are no longer opened

I purchased Hyundai i20 CRDi on 5th August 2009. Since day one I have been having multiple problems with the car: -
1) It started with a noise I used to get inside the car. Went to the service center at Jakkasandra multiple times and at last it was found to emanate from the rear view mirror inside the car and was fixed.

But after 9-10 month there cheques are bouncing . I had taken loan for the depoiste amount now it is difficult to pay the loan amount for me.

Beware of this site! I saw a piece of exercise equipment listed on Craigslist. Two weeks later I received an email stating that the equipment was now available online and they directed me to their website. The website is convincing - beware! They requested payment with MoneyPak; received a few emails from them after payment, then the website went down and follow-up emails were undeliverable. Sarah Nicholson (Acai Berry site) The number to call for cancellations is a fraudelent number and they take money from ur account for membership of things you dont sign up for.
You can't cancel as the number doesnt exsist and you can't cancel from the website either.
unauthorized fees for things come out your not even a memeber of and the fees never stop.

This comapny is giving advertisements on sites like pay 100/- as registration fee to register in their company for online jobs like data entry, online for filling, email reading etc... and earn 1000/- per week.Like these type of messages displaying.
Afetr paying 100/- as registration fee they are displaying in their website like "SOME SITE MAINTANCE WORK ARE GOING ON" and users are not receiving any reponse from them .i believe this is one type of cheatings .Please help me regarding this complaint whether this company is false one or true company.

I found premiumpupz.com on terrificpets.com. I was scammed out of $1200.00. I purchased a bulldog named "bessy", but she never showed. I thought I did my research, verified that the phone number worked and was a landline. I purchased an expensive platform bed from Matisse Company, online. We receive the bed in a few weeks and upon arrival, it was so poorly made, my husband could not put it together. The bed was warped, damaged and missing pieces. Oddly, the bed was packaged very well and the shipping box was undamaged- leading me to believe that the bed was in horrible condition before shipping. My father in law, who is a licenced carpenter, could not put the bed together either. To be frank, the bed was a $2000 piece of s**t!
