Over a week and a half ago I contacted SEARS REPAIR to have a tech service our front load washer that was spraying water from the top. Frys credit has an unmanageable user interface on their website. I thought I had paid a bill in full as I usually due. I received a phone call two months later notifying me of delinquent payments. I did not receive a bill or an e-bill updating my account status. Between their preposterous interest rates and hefty late fees I paid almost two times the amount of my initial purchase. I paid the card off after notification and cancelled it. A side note. Their technical support even struggled with their web portal, while they were assisting me. Canada Post delivery service! On February 15th, 2010 we had a Canada Post supervisor come to our door stating that the post carrier refused to deliver our mail due to snow on the steps and missing railings. Please note following his visit, I measured the snow as being 1/2'" of soft snow that had fallen the night before, and as for the railings, there have never been railings on the two steps necessary to get to the mail box. I was fired for refusing a new pay scale/policy.
