I purchased a 2006 ford fusion september of 2006, the car was great for 4 months and then the wiring harness went bad and had to be replaced, then with 51, 000 miles on the car the transmission went bad, the local dealer replaced that under warrenty, they had the car for almost 3 months doing that. I recently had to give the car back and i gave it back on volentary reposession. I have several KENMORE products with warranties. Our fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer and dryer set. Over a week and a half ago I contacted SEARS REPAIR to have a tech service our front load washer that was spraying water from the top. I had to schedule out a week, due to my work schedule conflicted. The service dept gave me a time frame of 8-5pm on Monday 15th. What kind of time frame is that..
So fast forwarding.. This morning 02/15 at 7:20am I received a phone call saying I was the first stop! At 11:00, still no repair... read full review »
wheels to lease
They advertised a car for a very low price when I called to get details a guy by the name
Eli tried to prove me that I am wrong and become very upset for the fact I am trying to get the best price.
I called again after a while and he told me I AM THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN FOR HONDA DON’T WEST MY TIME.
How typical for a car sales man to do so.
I ended going to Honda dealer plaza auto mall and paid more but received a polite and nice service. read full review »
Murphy Library Bed
II ordered the product in December, I was informed in writing that it would be shipped the first week of January. The first week of February I receive a product with staples, no hardware, split wood, huge knots in what should have been cabinet quality wood, no lights, no crown molding, it was not what was ordered and was poor quality. A week later I was still getting a run around, promised the stuff would be corrected, but delay after delay.
I ordered the bed from Save A Space, but was billed by the Wall Bed Store, further investigate... read full review »
Dr.Phiip Solomon
Dr. Philip Solomon performed revision nose surgery on me in 2005. Few months later i developed excruciating pain in tip of my nose and bottom one third of my nose. I begged him not to remove too much inferior turbinate tissue from my nose and told him my left side doesn't bother me. He not only ignored my request, he confused my left nostril for my right nostril, as when facing me during surgery not taking into account proper directional positioning. He was suppose to remove anterior portions but instead removed middle portion of i.t... read full review »

I went to this website thinking it would be an easy way to find a job. They offered a background check for 9.99 so I stupidly took the offer. The 'results' said that I didn't even exist and never actually finished processing and were never even made available on my profile. I contacted customer service several times for a refund but they said that it had been completed (which it hadn't, it was still 'processing'), each email was stock, impersonal and uncaring. When I tried to call there line I sat on hold for... read full review »
Frys Credit
Frys credit has an unmanageable user interface on their website. I thought I had paid a bill in full as I usually due. I received a phone call two months later notifying me of delinquent payments. I did not receive a bill or an e-bill updating my account status. Between their preposterous interest rates and hefty late fees I paid almost two times the amount of my initial purchase. I paid the card off after notification and cancelled it.
A side note. Their technical support even struggled with their web portal, while they were assisting me. It was a horrible experience. read full review »
Festive Resorts
We were in New Orleans for a vacation weekend and were invited to a "one-hour" presentation in exchange for a $100 VISA card.
During the 3+hour presentation we were told many things about this wonderful program - points could be deferred year after year, taken from the 40 year end point and moved up front, used at other resorts, would have no problem booking time, etc. etc. etc. But first and foremost, no pressure. If you didn't want to buy, don't.
Not expecting to make a $22k purchase while on vacation, we said... read full review »

When I called and explained that I did NOT check a box and how
could I send the CDs back, they said I couldn't. They said they

both. I said I didn't want any of it and they would not let me talk to

Vending
I was often underpaid. Most times, the vendor pays the sales tax. For example, you often have to haul thirty to forty pounds of drinks, snacks, and food up and down the aisles of places like Giants Stadium or PNC in New Jersey. When a customer purchases a soda for $4.50 there is a sales tax, depending on how much in each state, that is covered by the vendor. The customer pays the whole price, and the vendor gets 15% of all sales minus the sales tax and the remainder goes to Canvas Corporation. Often, I would find they had miscalculated my... read full review »

Bought a soft top and it proved defective. At first I was encouraged with promises to "get right on it", and "we'll contact the factory right away, " and not to worry because "we've sold 5000 tops without a single problem." Chase / Banking Free checking?
Hello,
This is to warn people from Chase's. Before Washington became Chase, it was a very good service. Chase has been a headache.
Now it turns out that if you give out a check from Chase - from the so called Free Checking account, these bastards nail the other person, claiming that since they do not have an account with Chase, they will discount $6 dlls in order for Chase to cash the check and pay them. This is a rip off, but Chase is trying to see how to create charges and pay big compensation to its executives.

I had crab legs and sushi in addition to the same food my family ate. My wife and our daughters however DID NOT eat the crab legs or sushi.
Prior to leaving the restaurant, I had severe stomach cramps followed by the last 30 minutes of our visit spent in their restroom with major diarrhea.

Toaster
This company sells rather expensive small appliances, made in England. I have had one of their toasters for about three years, which now has a burned-out heating element. When I contacted them, they first informed me that they were only responsible for models sold in the USA (I now live in Mexico). When I informed them that the toaster was sold in the US, they then told me that my model has been discontinued, and that all spare parts were reserved for in-house repairs. My recourse would be to send the toaster to Connecticut for service... read full review »

Canada Post delivery service!
On February 15th, 2010 we had a Canada Post supervisor come to our door stating that the post carrier refused to deliver our mail due to snow on the steps and missing railings.
Please note following his visit, I measured the snow as being 1/2'" of soft snow that had fallen the night before, and as for the railings, there have never been railings on the two steps necessary to get to the mail box.
Wondering how many Unionized Canada Post workers are attempting to do themselves out of a job!
