I ordered a used textbook from Barnes and Noble title Grammar by Diagram by Cindy Vitto. The description said that the book was in "very good" condition, which means no writing, highlighting, or page damage. This book had much wear, dog-eared pages, and writing on nearly every page! Bolotins Customer Service is absolutely horrible. All they care about is making the initial sale. I purchased a picture that had a defective frame. The salesperson indicated they could fix it. When I showed up to pick up the fixed picture, it was all wrapped up and ready for me to go. Having bought Diskeeper Undelete last year, upon upgrading to Windows 7, I found it would not install. Diskeeper's web site said that a Windows 7 compatible version would be available "mid December". I stayed at this establishment on 2/13/2010 to celebrate Valentines Day. With-in the rooms I had rose petals, candles and incense. There are no-smoking signs posted all around the facility and consequence information if there was smoking in the room. I received an unsolicited phone call pertaining to credit card debt. When I told the rep I was not interested in the offer he presented which was to settle on debt at only 60% of the total, he became very condenscending.
