I have been trying since Oct 2009 to obtan a replacement, I have now requested a refund for poor quality printer ink cartrideges received from Printerinks. The were not as previously supplied. I am based in the UK, I have found that i have had US$19.95 withdrawn from my bank account each month since October 2009. I have now contacted my bank to find out more, I have never given authorisation for any such withdrawl, I have no idea who this company is even, to date they have taken from my account US$79.80 and apparently the UK law says they we have to legally give them 31 days notice to cancel so they will be taking another US$19.95 on 25th February. I should have heeded the warning signs by their website. They did appear legit, and even copied some of Amazon headers, graphics and display. I am currently trying to resloved, recover, and hopefully will have recourse through Paypal. This company never sent the item ordered, won't answer their phone, return, messages left, they will placate by answering emails several days after they are sent, that say absolutely nothing. I have a Maytag Neptune 6 years old that stopped working. Bill & Rods Appliance Inc. came our to service the machine. I was told it was the circuit board needed replacement at a cost of $200 for the just the part. The part was ordered. After the repair was made, the circuit board worked but the washer still didn't work. To fix it I now need to sink another $300 plus into parts for a new pump and motor. I am outraged that something that has happend over 9 years ago is still haunting me. I was told about 4 years ago before my first deployment, that this home was supposed to be taken off my report after 7 years which would have been in 2008 when I came home from deployment. Here is it 2010 and they are still trying to get something. SOmething that happend along time ago had ocme back to haunt me. I am in another deployment and they start sending things from a so called collection agency. I have explained to them what has happend and tey still bother me. My puppy was fine before it went to glamour grooming. Then 3 days after he was there he got very sick. The vet said that a lot of illness will take that long to show. He said that he had treated several cases of kennel cough from dog that were groomed at Glamour Grooming. He said my puppy had the same bacteria that two of the other sick dogs had. All I know is that my puppy did not have any of these issues before he went there. I want them to pay my vet bills and I may sue them for it. A $45 grooming cost me $350. read full review »

We are Switech India construction equipments manufacturer and supplier company, We have supplied 2 Nos. of earth compactor machine at site of petron civil engineering pvt ltd C/o Madras Cement Ltd chennai. It has gone over 2 Month but they did not pay it's cost as per they committed payment against delivery. Now We should take care of them while delivering anything to this company. I have given my sony ericson cell W760i for repairing on 30th jan 2010. The only problem was cellphone was not getting on. The service time was 15 days. no one called up in 15 days and havent given any details regarding what had happened. On 17th when i caled they said that phone could not be repaired and take it back I guess the engineers working there have damaged my cell that cost 15000 rs. They get you to download an obsolete version of their software for $9.99 and then call you up with the phone number you registered with to sell you a $99 working version of the same item. Very rude when I declined the software I couldn't afford. I had to call back to get the credit card charge deleted. As of now don't know if they did it. read full review »

Just reviewed my current Mastercard statement to find a charge of $19.95 from "PRIVACYM 888-239-0316", which is completely fraudulent. After reading all of the various complaints online, I believe that my info was accessed through peoplefinder.com, though I NEVER signed up with this supposed credit protection/identity theft membership program. No actual human could be reached at their #, though I trust Citibank to reverse the charge and block any future unauthorized charges from PRIVACYM/Privacy Matters 1-2-3. Virgina (Ginger) George-Roden was the most ditsy, rude almost beyond rude stewart on this flight I have ever in 54 years have ever known. I went to Canadian Tire to purchase paint. The girl that helped me had to tint it 3 times but just couldnt get it right. Then she said if I changed from egg shell to a semi latex it would be better. So I did. Then she did another tint test on the paint and she still didnt mix it right. She said it will look different on the wall then on the shiny peice of paper she's showing me the dry color on, so I should go test it out on my walls. On 1-15-10 I purchased the Norton 360 Antivirus sotfware on the 30 day opt-out basis I cancelled it on 2-6-2010 with message #7960912214 I was Charged for all three of you versions ofNorton 360.3 @ 74.99 and Norton 2010 @ 69.99 and antivirus 2010 for 39.99. Please investigate and terminate service for this fraudulent company to prevent other vulnerable people from being taken advantage of in a similiar way.
