In August 2009 my family stayed at this hotel and won accommodation vouchers in their birthday promo. We were told that we could stay anytime and simply make a booking and present our voucher on check in. I did this. We arrived on Saturday 20th Feb at 3pm. I was told on check in by Duty manager Thabi Mabille that the vouchers which were signed by the old GM would not be accepted by the new GM Joseph Schmid because it was a rule that he made. Verizon's Billing Department and Custoner Service really Sucks. I have had Verizon FIOS for almost 12 Months now and I am ready to go back to Comcast. Why one might ask. Verizon promises Promotion of HBO and Cinemax free for 3 Months, and then starts charging $22.99 per month for no reason. I bought my Hewlett Packard Photosmart printer C4580 from Currys on the 21 st August and everytime it prints the paper jambs. I took it back to them and I asked for my money back but they said they could not do this as it was outside the 28 day guarantee but i said there was years warrnaty. Please don't every borrow from this company. I unfortunately was in a little bit of a financial crisis where I found these on the internet and borrowed 100 from them twice.
