Asurion supplied a Palm Treo 755 to replace a lost Treo 700p from Verizon. The 755 came without the necessary cables to load the data from my computer. Every time I restarted it, it was necessary to enter a password before the phonr could be used. I signed up for the two week free trial only had to pay 0.99 shipping and handling. i received the product in 3-5 days after shipping and it was wonderful because i had received it when they said i would. I've been in the program since February of '09. They cut my debt by 45% and I'm saving a ton of money compared to what I'd be paying back those credit card companies. This company attached its antivirus / spyware program as an addware to a download. I did not authorize it as an add on but it download anyway. Once downloaded it locks up the computer and blocks all access to other programs until you imput a credit card number and authorize payment. they also charged additional fees that were not authorized. there was a 30 day money back guarantee if you canceled within the first 30 days. An absoloute disgrace for a company. Costume took 14 days to arrive after being told it would take 3-5.
