Last year AXA sent a risk assessment officer to my home to suggest risk mitigation measures. Wells Fargo bought my mortgage and have been trying to sell me insurance since they did. I have a homeowners and a flood insurance policy with State Farm. They gave me a excuse that my homeowners and flood policy had to be the extact same amounts. Because my Flood insurance was $2000 different they were nice enough to add a $700 flood insurace policy that I didn't need. Filed a claim with Combined Insurance for my hip replacement surgery. I was diagnosed at the age of 4 with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. I had my first joint replaced in 2006. They paid for my surgery time as well as the time i was disabled for. I then had both my knees replaced in 2007 and they again paid the claim like they were suppose to. There was a young man who came to my house to sale subscriptions to different magazines of your choice, I really did'nt need any but he was trying to raise money for a school fuction or something to that effect. my complaint with this place is the fact that you can complain as much as you want and nothing will get fixed! There are a few rooms that have mold growing in the bathroom, the spa outside is always broken, and if you ask the front desk when it will be fixed the answer will be "we're waiting on the part". I hired TMS Construction from Palmdale, California to remodel my kitchen. The owner came once to give me a bid. He acted very agreeable. His contract did not have any details. His workers were sub standard. The work was atrocious and had to be re done. He refused to finish the job. He never even returned to check what the workers had done. Never use this company. You will be totally sorry. My granite in my kitchen sank. My plumbing leaked into the drywall. They put in the wrong type of molding. Perkins Barnet Dulaney Eye Company said I had cataracts in both eyes and needed eye surgery. I filled three prescriptions for eye drops, etc. and in the end I did not have cataracts. I got my vacuumn in Nov. of 2009, even when I got it I didn't really see anything special about it like the commercial advertised but I decided to give it a try. We purchased awnings from Sunair several years ago. The awnings are noisy with squeaks and rattles and at times do not operate properly. We have contacted Sunair numerous times, only to have them put the problem off onto their dealer in the area. When we contacted Sunair last, they stated that, "the awnings are now out of warranty". When we stated that we had reported problems to them within the warranty period, they stated that, 'it is no longer our problem." We had fixed our broken water pipe through them. A mexican guy came with 2 of his young apprentices and his young apprentices worked while he watched and directed them.
