I own an ornamental iron business and i used to work for Herbert R. Jones real estate part time as a property maintainence man and my job was to keep up his 5 properties here in hopewell, va. I had been working for Mr. Jones for 3 years and during the entire 3 years Mr. Jones kept breathing over my shoulders, would blame me for every little thing that didn't go as planned even problems that were caused by other people, would go behind my back and check out all of my repair advice with a nationwide home center chain employee to see if what i told him was correct, would give me a repair job on a certain property and then turn around and give it to someone else, he would get very impatient and push and shove me to go faster when it was not possible to go any faster and get it right. He has a very nasty attitude toward his employees and his tenants, he tells people other peoples personal business, he treats and talks to people like they're animals, he also talks to people like they are soldiers in the military, he is NOT concerned about anybodys well being but his own, i told him one time that i couldn't work one day because my neighbor was sick and needed my help and he said to forget them and work anyway, all he is focused on is his properties and his needs. None of his tenants has anything good to say about him. I finally got tired of his BS and quit and i will never go back to work for him again and i will never rent a house from him because he has a very harsh and nasty attitude toward people and he treats and talks to people like they are animals or soldiers in the military with him being the drill sargeant.
