Not worth the hassle to get a tow from CAA. I purchased the "Gold" Membership as my family has a 5 year and a 6 year old car. My first call was 2 weeks after the purchase. I had a flat tire and the car would not start. House of talent has terrible customer service. Their photo's are good but they their editing and customer skills stink. FM 1046 between Allison and Briscoe Texas (Wheeler County) has severe damage due to oil field trucks working for companies paying huge amount of taxes. The road is 12 miles long and has at least 200 hundred pot holes and is damaged to the dangerous point. The trucks and cars drive all over the road trying to avoid the road damage. Purchased what was advertised as a full series, season 1 - 7 DVD Box set of "Boy Meets WOrld" for my child's birthday. DVD's are very obviously pirated copies - not even very good ones at that. "Box" is just a plain plastic DVD case with PC generated label, not even an attemp at labelling the discs - someone just wrote Disc 1, Disc 2, etc... on them with a Sharpie. I will try to return them for a full refund but I don't have much hope of ever seeing my money again. Guess I have to chalk it up to a lesson learned. I purchased a vehicle with a warranty from the dealer October 2009. The inspection sticker was over 8 months old at that time. The manager "Jason" told me that he would take care of the inspection later as well as an oil change and a carwash. Several weeks went by without a returned call from the dealership. This company is a fraud. I signed up with them in November, 2009. After I made my first international call, I received the bill in December right before the holidays. Wells Fargo bought my mortgage and have been trying to sell me insurance since they did. I have a homeowners and a flood insurance policy with State Farm. They gave me a excuse that my homeowners and flood policy had to be the extact same amounts. Because my Flood insurance was $2000 different they were nice enough to add a $700 flood insurace policy that I didn't need. Filed a claim with Combined Insurance for my hip replacement surgery. I was diagnosed at the age of 4 with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. I had my first joint replaced in 2006. They paid for my surgery time as well as the time i was disabled for. I then had both my knees replaced in 2007 and they again paid the claim like they were suppose to. my complaint with this place is the fact that you can complain as much as you want and nothing will get fixed! There are a few rooms that have mold growing in the bathroom, the spa outside is always broken, and if you ask the front desk when it will be fixed the answer will be "we're waiting on the part".
