July 09, we had a death in the family, called 1800flowers to deliver for our family. The flowers were never delivered! Called 1800flowers and was refunded the amount and given a discount on future orders, which we never took advantage of, thank God!! I purchased what appeared to be a beautiful coat of shearling and fox fur in November 2009. Gov deals acts as an auction site for many municipalities on the east coast and south west. Many of the items we have purchaced have been not as described, or for a better term garbage. If you as a bidder do not pay, govdeals will hold you for 40% of the winning bid and you get nothing! Many of the vehicles we have bought are junk yard material and items described as operable are not ! Even the pictures on the site, often items are changed and missing parts by the time you pay and pick them up. Govdeals staff tell you to go back to the seller and they wash their hands of the deal. M&T mortgage consumer beware If you are thinking of a mortgage, you must defintely avoid M&T bank. They will put clauses in their documents making your life miserable and threaten you later on to do all kinds of things to you. In addition, even if you are late one day in ten years to send your payment (within of course the grace period) they will start calling you with automated sytems! Be absolutely careful of their mortgage clauses! Do not just depend on my opinion. Search the web for related complains. They are a fourth grade bank of unprofesionals to deal with.
