I bought a Trane Heating and Air-conditioning unit from your company in March of 2002. At that time I purchased the extra warranty. I have two digital boxes that stopped working. I tried turning it off for a period of time, unplugging it, but nothing seems to work. Is there a service center where I can have them look at it? In my opinion UMA is a waste of time & $. I took the online billing program for $14, 500. I was told I could make up to $18 an hour as a medical biller. I was told UMA has several job sources available for graduates. I was told there would be externship opportunities. I shipped out a package via Next Day Air on 2/11 and it wasn't delivered until over a week later. When I realized on 2/12 that it wasn't going to be delivered that day, I called to figure out an alternative. I recently purchase a GE washing machine and dryer from HHGregg with an extended warranty. It was Model # WHRE5550KWW which has an infusor not a full agitator. The clothes do not become clean. One hundred percent of the time the same dirt on the clothes remains after washing. The water does not fill over 1/3 the way with water, so the clothes just get wet and rub up against each other. This company provides very poor service and poor customer service if you ever have to call and complain. They charged me for a plow job that was done so poorly that I had to call out another company the same day to redo the job they should have done if the first place. I called and complained and they told me they did the best they could and if I wasn't happy to find someone else to do it and then still sent me a bill! How Rude! The next company that came out even commented on how incorrectly the lot was plowed! Now when I call this guy has the balls to tell me he is getting offers but the prices are too low. I asked to speak directly to the buyers and obviously that is not possible. I purchased items through Pier One using their credit card by Chase. I had promotional balances that expired 3/1/2010, 4/1/2010 and 7/1/2010. I paid the balance before the promotional expiration of 3/1/2010 prior to that date; however, they applied my payment to the balance which expired 4/1/2010 resulting in an interest charge of $88.57 from the promotional balance that ended 3/1/2010. These people are brokers only and hire cheap men with trucks to move you. Trucks are broken down and they break things. Our truck came from MTL Transportation from Phoenix Arizona. The phone number on their website is no longer in service but the drivers were able to reach the owner with no problem. They spoke no english so we didn't know what they were saying.
