I gave my house items packing and moving contract to Arya packer and mover (Yeshwantpur Bangalore Ph no 9036936919). While taking contract Mr. Prabhat told me that he will even deliver my house sweeping item also without fail. But while I got delivery I found that one of my bags was missing. His people checked and when they found that bag contain many gift item like mobiles, electronic item they steal that bag. After many follow up this person not delivered my bag. The locksmith quoted me $250.00 and charged my credit card for $1, 006.43. I refused to sign the receipt. When I filed a complaint with the BBB and a claim with my bank, the locksmith sent them two signed (forged) receipts and a letter stating I agreed to the charges by signing the receipts!!! We booked a vacation package with Sunquest through our travel agent. We paid for a 1 week stay at the Riu in Costa Rica for a family of 4 for $5800 (all inclisive).2 weeks prior to departure, we were informed that our booking was cancelled because Air Transat cancelled the flights. I went to get an oil change on my car and they told me that I needed to make an appt. I asked if they had an appt for that day and they said no but you can leave your car here for an 1 1/2 - 2 hours which is the waiting time. I said for an oil change only?? This is a horrible product. We bought this TV January 6, 2007. We have replaced the bulb twice already!! We don't watch a lot of tv either. There are days when our TV never even comes on!! I did not order any extra pans but they came with the unit anyway. The cost for the unit is two payments of $19.95 and I was charged $112.55. I ordered an entire set of whos the boss the entire series. I waited over one month to recieve my product. By the third week I found this website with several complaints about the company so I tried to cancel my order and lo and behold my order arrived one week later. I am currently watching the first disk and I have discovered that the dvds were recorded off of nick at nite and the quality is really really poor. the dvd skips over and over again. There is no customer service phone number to call and complain to but I will try to call. Was going through Drive thru this afternoon, March 7, 2010 waiting for my food at the pickup window. The server had gone to get my order and had left the window open. I do not appreciate one of the front line staff stomping up to the window "swearing" under her breath and then slamming the window in my face. Received 7 phone calls in 2 days calling to provide us with information regarding Colorado Technical institute. They were asking for my daughter but calling my cell phone. They refused to take me off the list because they said my daughter had requested the information. My daughter is in her second year of pharmacy school and is not interested in an online school. She said she had not requested information from them. The last time they called I said I was my daughter and told them I had not requested any information, they then asked me if I was in school, that was why they were calling. It was sub-contracted with The Great American Balloon Company and they cancelled many times due to the weather, although the weather was not poor. After several years of emails and phone calls, they refused to give a refund unless we produced an original credit card receipt. We gave up. I placed my order for one blender for $222.99, but as I was getting ready to complete my order, there was an offer to purchase a refurbashed blender for $99.00.
