For the last 7-8 months, I have been receiving monthly "ID Protection" withdrawals of $21.63 from my credit account without my knowledge or concent. This is an account that I seldom use, so seldom monitor closely. I never signed up for any "protection" plans and request an immediate cancellation and refund of all previous withdrawals. We tried to buy tickets for La Scala through Divento. They indicated on their website that they were actually providing tickets prior to being able to buy them through La Scala. This is not the case.
