I was very successful in getting a home from VIP Options. I had a little wait on line wth customer service but once I got through everything was fine. They walked me through the site. Which is very user friendly. I found plenty of properties with ease. I have had 4 walk thrus and am expected to move into a Fontana home this coming weekend. I am not sure I want to own yet because I myself went through a foreclosure. But I do have the opportunity with this home in Fontana to take over the payments with an option to buy. I purchased Laminate flooring, Tarkett EZ Plank, worse purchase I, ve ever made, the flooring was cheap . You had to be careful when interlocking the pieces, they were like cardboard and would break off on the end pieces. Bought two drawer units from Natuzzi. They took forever to arrive. My son went to pick up the items as they weren't too large. When I opened them at home both the drawer fronts were damaged as was one drawer carcass. I phoned Natuzzi and was told that they had been checked before the left the store. My son confirmed that the furniture was not opened in front of him in the store. They are refusing to replace them as they say they were not damaged when they left the store. The diamond fell out of the beautiful promise ring my boyfriend got me in May! :( It's not everyday that you get a lovely ring from a loyal significant other, and I was just heartbroken to see it ruined. He works at a very hard and laborious job, and I know he worked overtime to pay for that ring. I think that Kay Jewelers should definitely have better quality pieces than this, for the amount they charge. Their site would not allow me to request a refund within the period required. The only way I found to request a refund was by submitting a "help desk form". However, the form is never responded too nor do I believe it goes anywhere unless the refund period is over. At least that is what happend to me. The contact us on their website does not go anywhere or provide any contact information. It appears to be set up to guarantee that you cannot request a refund and that you will have no proof for your credit card company that you tried to request a refund in the available time. Boarded plane in Milwaukee, was told one stop - no plane change. Stopped in Memphis. Never told of plane change and gate change. Plane left two of us stranded and would do nothing to help us. I signed up for a 14 day trial with Netflix on the Zoosk website through Trialpay. They were to award 240 Zoosk coins to my account if I signed up through this site for Netflix service. TrailPay has continued to say that there is no record I signed up for Netflix through Zoosk. I in face did and Netflix shows new service on 2/13. We have fostered many dogs for the Cane Corso Rescue. The woman who runs the rescue is Liz Sawyers- Robles. She comes off to be a sweet person, but after a year of dealing with her I know better. Next month there it was again, called the number on the statement and was told that my last call was after the billing date. My doctor prescribed a Life Watch heart monitor, with a cell-phone transmitter. I started into a cardiac event at 8 p.m. and hit the manual switch to send an alarm to Life Watch. My son purchased a vehicle Custom Creations in West Haven, CT. 8 days later, it broke down. He has not been able to drive the car since. They refuse to remedy the situation, and told him he bought the car as "as is", and refused to give my son his money back. Did not deliver the bed I ordered and paid for, Only the headboard. Refuse to credit back the money for the missing bed until they find out where the bed is...even though in their system it is showing the bed was not delivered to me because the pounds on what was delivered is 36lbs when the bed is about 120LBS.
