We contacted Searshomepro to look to reface/replace our kitchen cabinetry in a small bungalow home. We were supposed to get a 60 - 90 minute consultation with an architectural drawing and estimate at the end. The field manager stayed in my home less than 30 minutes. The quote we received was ridiculously high ($13, 000 when 3 others have quoted it for about $5, 000) and the quote was an estimate written on his business card. Is it just me or do all pet stores that keep and sell bearded dragons know nothing about them?! this store have baby dragons housed on sand, which is well known to be the worse substrate for them as can be ingested when they catch their insects. there isnt a clean space of sand from their toilet duties. their UV tubes are reptiglo's, the reptiglo's have proved to be very harmful to their eye sights and bones, and they have red heating bulbs which do not filter out the strong and harmful UV rays, it HAS to be a white heating bulb... read full review »

I received a Sony Handycam from my children at the end of 2005. I haven't used it very often, maybe ten times and recently found that the display is blank.I saw on the internet that this was a manufacturing defect and Sony would replace it at no charge. Avoid this company at all risk. I paid for a full year of service. Thirty days latter they dropped me from their billing and removed my name. I have bought a vacuun cleaner few days ago from Carrefour at Amman/Jordan. The sales department assured upon purchase that I am entitled to replace the item orask for refund in a week's time from date of purchase. Had ordered a CD with a hard to find track needed for a presentation by a certain date, so included additional shipping charges for fast delivery. CD Universe sent the wrong CD and when I informed them of this and suggested they send the correct CD by Next Day Air so I would have it on time, they refused. This left me no choice but to demand a refund of the CD, express mail shipping charges, and the shipping charges for sending the incorrect CD back to them. Hi, I am one of the commuter to Al Hooti Restaurant near centerpoint. Frequently I used to go their & having breakfast or Lunch. Sad thing is they are not giving proper respect to any of the expat even local also. Rate of the eatables is differ from one day to another day. If we compare the price list it will show one rate and after having food while paying bill rate will be difference. We don't have option we are forced to go their and eat. I emailed costumer service to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with my order and now they say it could take up to two business days after the estimated shipping date to get my tracking information.
