I immediately, went to a Nokia care in chennai (ADYAR) I had a very irresponsible response saying that, they cant replace such damages, I dont think if u are selling a product U should also have alternatives options for the damage if faced. I have a major problem with My Maruti Swift 2006 model with the rats entering inside the cabin of my car. It has spoiled the interiors by biting the floor mats, seats and other fabric. Besides this it leaves a bad smell with its urination and leaving other waste insde the car. Bangkok Airways customer service is the worst I have come across. I had booked 2 tickets from Koh samui to Bangkok, and then got them canceled. Its been over 4 months and they just wont refund the correct amount to me. I have emailed them at least 6 times with no reply to any of them. I have called them up 4 times, where the promises are big and they admit that my refund amount should be credited to me. Robing people of their money is a habit of Bangkok Airways. Found that there were charges of some kind of plan under "SB PLAN PLUS". Turns out this a direct marketing company for JC Penneys called Stonebridge Benefits Services inc. I am not sure exactly how they were able to get my credit card information from my mastercard, not the JC Penney credit card, and make a purchase for a plan for 29.90 a month, that I did not authorize nor want or use!!! I have read several complaints about this on the internet and it sounds like this is a major problem.
