My husband purchased my wedding set from Hurst Fine Diamonds in 1999. Over the weekend, the center stone fell out and we were unable to find it. I have a Silverado 2500 HD that GM will not properly repair. We had a carpet defect issue and also a seam repair issue where the carpet was cut into and patched by Wayne Wiles (Lennar’s Contractor). We immediately issued a complaint. In February I tried to use my pre-paid cell and got the message that no minutes were remaining. I used my c. card to add $100 of minutes. The people at Provident Funding do not know what they are doing! My mother paid off her loan in July 2009. A reconveyance letter was supposed to be sent to the SLC County Recorder's Office to have them update their information showing that the loan has been paid in full, their are no liens on the house and she holds the title free and clear.
