OK here's the deal and I'm telling it up straght and I'm not complaining about BJ's beer pong. My roommate and I have gotten 3 table from them and all have been great products. Here's an example I ordered a table back in December I didnt get it right away. I called them up to see what the problem was, they apologized for the delay and it came like 4 days later.
The tables are well built and customer service is great and whoever says different is wrong. Trust me on this people, I party almost everyday weekend I've witnessed these tables go through some abuse. All my friends say the tables look good. read full review »

I rented a car from "ABA rent a car" agency in San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina. I had to pay in advance for 10 days in order to reserve the car for me. It was promised to me that I would get my money back if I return the car earlier. Eventually I returned the car after 2 days and never got a cent back! ABA simply stole my money! I’ve bought a Nokia 6700 classic on 25th Jan 2010. Ever since I’ve got this phone there is a problem of phone switching off on its own while talking, while on charging even when it lying idle. We went to the dealer and were told that the dealer has no responsibility after the sale is made and were directed to a Nokia Care centre. Over the past decade I have probably purchased 10 Seagate drives. Four out of eight EIDE drives needed to be returned because of various problems (including the classic 'click of death'). Recently, less than 6 months ago I bought a pair of 1.5Tb SATA drives off Dell-Online. One I had to pull from my workstation when I kept getting a Failing S.M.A.R.T. Status alert in Disk Utilities. I just found out I have been using an inferior product for months, I am so unbelievably irritated. I have been taking a nitric oxide boost while working out, just hoping in a few months something would happen. Then at the gym I was given a free bottle of nitric oxide made by Crank Tech. I felt the difference the first day. I can't believe I spent all this money the last few months on a inferior product, and the free product did better. What is up with that! I have a Samsung fridge that freezes everything in the fridge side. I have reset the temp to 46F and put a thermometer in the fridge and goes to 32F while the setting shows 46+F. Have called a tech to look at it...he's not here yet, but this does seem to be a common problem. read full review »

It was immediately posted to my credit card, costing near $400.00 I did receive the "Shipping Order Confirmations" including the order numbers to use with UPS. I already have Norton 360 version 3.6 whilst scanning for viruses security tool flashes on screen. I assumed this product is related to the security tool that I already have, I went ahead to purchase it as it was showing 33 infected viruses. before purchasing I scanned using Norton but could not remove security tool as I thought it was fully infected because everything froze unable to do task. once purchased everything included norton started to work. I hired the company Master Movers to move my furnture.
My understanding of the contract was the max of $500.
Once all of my furniture was loaded on the truch I was informed that the total cost was $2200.
I did not have that type of monies.
Since the scam master movers has attempted to give me a discount and pay $850 to get the rest of my furniture.
I paid the $500 on the contract we had because that's all I could afford, so coming up with an additional $850 is completely

How can this store continue to operate when at the very bottom of my complaint list with this chain is that the prices are on avg 3x more than reality? I have gone back to this store more times post purchase than I can count because of sales code errors. Once, I noticed that no points were added to my card as I was hurrying to work and it burned me because I specifically asked the cashier if she swiped it and she said yes. I purchased a refridgerator put it in a rental unit and did not realize that it was not working property. 6 months in, once i had a tenant they reported it as broken and the Sears torture started.
They came out a few times, some of the technicians said it was unrepairable to begin with, but they were told to keep ordering parts.

Closed credit card account out, they allowed a charge made after the account was closed. Paid for that charge, they then charged me late fees and interest. they were supposed to waive them, and did not. Several phone calls to them, customer service peoploe can not thnk for them selves, they can only read of a scropt and will not help me.
Supervisor are never available. They supposedly are supposed to revie my account and never do.
they are rude and inconsiderate. Would not give me the address of the President to write a letter. I am very frustrated and refusing to pay this money. read full review »

I cannot reach them on the phone and I also EMAILed them as suggested on their answer machine greeting. It says they will reply in 48 hours. Its been a week and no response and still no answer on the phone. What recourse do I have? I've paid good money to have them run away with it.

I signed up for a free trial of Acai berry breeze, I canceled because my Doctor said not to use it. They are now saying I owe $81. and $18 in late charges. They call me everyday. The product is unopened and I offer to send it back I will pay for shipping. The said I would still have to pay for the product even though I have never used it. I made just a cursory enquiry on line to Loanfinder(uk) last January 2010 no agreements made, no results,
and certainly did not give permission to access my Bank account. I did an online check on my Bank account on
1st April 2010, lo and behold £61.87 was taken from my account by direct debit payable to, you have guessed it
Loanfinders(uk) Bournemouth. Direct debit means they are going to go after more, or at least attempt to.
