At the beginning, I was a customer of Pure Med spa. They didn't call to tell me that it was being bought by BriteSmile BriteSkin and that I would loose more than half of my treatments. I paid an additional $1000 and got a few more treatments (for lasik hair removal). I bought a LG Gas Dryer Model #DLG1320W, on Feb. 2, 2010. Four days after it was delivered, the gas heat element broke down. LG sent me the name of a local repair person. Our home loan is upside down althoug we paid about 25% in down payment and priciple payment. I have been working with Wells Fargo Bank for over a year for loan modification. They have been rejecting us for various reasons. The most used reason is that they did not receive all the documents within the time frame they defined. We faxed in the documents, called to make sure they had eveything (of course nobody answered the phone.) We had no responses. The advertising and sales people for this company lead you to believe your accommodations are at a 3 or 4 star hotel and we found them to be very much less, more like a one or 2 star with no dining room, air conditioning turned off at night, white beans at every meal. This company has serious customer service issues. I called for an a/c service call, and was told a tech would come that day, and that I would be contacted with a window of time (eg 2-4pm).
