Hi, I have sent a parcel to Hyderabad, India posted on 29th of March, 2010. The parcel reached India Customs (Mumbai) on 2nd of April, 2010. Since then, it has been held up by the Mumbai Customs Authorities. Further, officially they have to notify the addressee in India regarding the parcel, which they did not till date. I believe recordgone is a big scam. I paid up front for their service to get them to expunge a previous infraction. It took them months to even acknowledge me and then the only thing they ever said to me after I input all my information to their website was my case was denied.
