I cannot see some of the programs such as NCIS or The Mentalist because of my schedule. I would like to be able to see full episodes of these programs somewhere. cbs.com used to allow comcast.net on its fancast to host full episodes but then withdrew all of its programming from outside sources. Now, all they show are clips from these shows. Who in their right mind bothers to watch a 30 second clip of a show that they would like to see? Other networks make some advertising money with full episodes, why is cbs.com so slow to see a benefit in airing these episodes? Do they really make that much money packaging them in DVD sets for Christmas? read full review »

last fall there was an accident in front of my property and a power pole was knocked down onto my property. national grid crews were right there to replace the pole right away but left the fallen one. i called in october and november and was told both times the pole would be removed "right away". winter came so i stopped calling but now that spring is here i called in april and was told the same as above. now it is may and i am fed up. i even sent them a vicious email to no avail! read full review »

Amba Sun have a independant financial advisor (Teresa Lovett) who operates within their office, she gave us misleading advice, which directly caused us to place a £5000 deposit we subsequently lost when her incorrect advice reulted in us having to pull out of the purchase. ENA*Blackbelttcs is a scam. I was supposed to receive information about an online business. I paid .99 for it. I didn't get an email from the company, ever. I noticed a charge for $54.95 on my debit card. I called the blackbelt number that was listed on the statement. On April 6th I got a call from my daughter saying she was at the Greyhound bus station in Elpaso, Texas with her four children and was comming home, I called greyhound to purchase her tickets, all being said and done I purchased four tickets, her 8mo. old baby was free for they said she would be on her lap. Conn's falsely advertise that they have lowest price guaranteed. On 12-09-09, I had the cash on hand to by a Samsung LN52b550 which was in stock at the 3143 Southeast Military Drive, San Antonio, TX (210) 333-8180 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting (210) 333-8180 end_of_the_skype_highlighting location. Had broken spring 3 yrs ago. Called Precision Door Service. Was quoted $225 for springs & labor. Guy came to house and charged $65 service fee, $5 lube fee, $10 shop supply fee in addition to the $225. Then said needed worn rollers replaced for $150 in order to have springs warranteed. Now we're in for $455. Done

BUYER BEWARE " If you want to buy sick puppys and get the run around when trying to get your money back. Then Brook and Kassie are the people to go to. This company has made a duplicate withdrawal from my bank account and is now asking me to jump through hoops to have it returned. I received a letter in my (legally separated) husbands and my name. I ordered the older M17x from Alienware . after over a month of delays I got it, only to have the speakers fail. I worked for hours with tech support, and then (after wiping the hard drive clean twice) they decided that it was a hardware issue and asked me to send it back to them. I sent it, and got it back two weeks later. Visited H2O bathrooms, Bury Lancashire. Sells its self as a high end bathroom design studio, had some ideas of my own which i wanted the "designer" to improve upon or offer some advice, not unreasonable as i would be spending approx £8-10k. Left list of items to be priced with a young kid in showroom, wpould have expected call following day with costings, had to chase up after 4 days and no call, seems kid didnt have a clue, again asked for price, another 4 days later nothing.
My advice avoid this company, absolutely clueless, and the whole business rests on a silly kid who would rather watch TV than deal with customers. read full review »

Apon doing alot of reserch I noticed that this breeder has had several complaints, but once they are posted the breeder threatens the people who he owes money to into removing the threats so that his bad buisness practices can continue..
I personally love English Mastiffs and I feel taking deposits prior to the conception or delivery is wrong exspecially when people in good faith par far more. Because they are promissed a puppy and if that litter only turns out to be 3 what happens to the 7 people that paid 3600.. For that litter.

So, I bought an Alienware M17X I thought the money i spent would guarantee me a great computer and easy upgrading. Well, I upgraded to Windows 7 and My computer was purchased before they offered the Windows 7 upgrade for free, I was ok with that, seeing that my school offered it for only $30.

The Developer’s Representative was very responsive and handled our issues in a timely manner. Our issues were handled rightfully and the Villa Group satisfied our claim 100%. When this company made a mistake with a custom order, they refused to make it right and threatened to sue me if I didn't have the products installed as is.
I even had the original sketches made by their sales rep showing that they had not delivered what I ordered.
As well, the installer damaged the ceiling bringing in material and no offer was made to do anything about it.
The president told me he could not be held responsible for an error made by an employee.

My family and I have always stopped at Barnhills since it is almost the half way point on our travels to Alabama. The last four visits have been horrifying. The floor is sticky, the ladies restroom is beyond description and the food is old and cold. The salad bar needed to be cleaned and there were only ten people in the place on the past trip. My sister had food poisoning when she arrived for a visit a week after our bad experience.
The waitresses look at though they had slept in their uniforms. Please close or repair. I have made my last visit!!! read full review »

I was called numerous times by this company. They promised to get my payment reduced. After finally agreeing and spending over $2, 220.00 I was told by my lender they are foreclosing. I called to complain but was constantly switched from one salesperson to the next. When I asked about a refund they said the work was done and they could not help. I've complained about the Kroger security proceedures to anyone I could think of, but nothing had happened. Now that there was a double shooting at the corner of the 'SOUTHLAND SHOPPING CENTER" at the Liar Lounge, it made me want to remind the Kroger managers about security.

Placed order online on 4/25 and had it confirmed as in stock. Never informed me in any way that they then changed order on 4/27 to a backorder until 5/8.
They do not have any kind of telephone customer service--what does that tell you about them? The only way to contact them is by leaving a message on their website. If you attempt to cancel a backordered item using their online customer service it just keeps returning you to messages that say that once an order is in the warehouse it can't be cancelled.

Getting a new "Samsung Caliber" cell phone from Metro PCS? If you are using a lap top or PC running Windows 7, BUYER BEWARE! The software required to allow USB transfer to and from your new "Caliber" will not install. Do not buy any motorcycles from this chop shop. I have read horror stories about them selling stolen bikes, with different Vin's on the motor and frame. They buy crashed bikes, rebuild them withj stolen parts and sell them. I bought a bike from them and they refuse to pay the DMV for the registration, now I can't get the title or a plate for my bike. this was just a terrible counselor...would recommend for people to stay away. I went to her to get counseling dealing with abuse and other things...when I first went to her, the first two sessions...she seemed caring and understanding and said she would tell me things on how to gain empowerment, deal with abusers, set boundaries etc...it all sounded pretty good.
