Some retailers are out of touch and provide poor customer service, especially to working families. Take Thomasville for example. I bought the Nocturne dining set and the screws on chairs come out too easily. One guest sat and broke a chair within a year and now I cannot even buy the same chair. Why is it so hard for Melbourne Television stations to run ontime! If they advertise a show starts at 7:00pm then it should start at 7:00pm not 7:10p or 7:20p. Attempting to contact this on-line site to discontinue future shipmets of product. The site apparently is disguising it's name/location to prevent contact by consumers. Repeated telephone calls to a phone number have been to no avail since the "company" has a recorded message of it's hours of operation. Calling during these hours of operation results in getting the same recording. On the box that product came from is Miami, Fl. On bankcard invoice is Panama, PA.
