my car toyta camry 2006 i had contract for maintinance with the abudhabi musafah maintinance of toyata
i was complain from noice with break from long time and always saying the braek pad is good but last time i was insist to make road test, they found strange noise they told me you have to replace the drum but i replayed to the its under your maintainance from zero till now 95, 000 km why you change the break pad on proper time
especially i did contract with them for regular maintinance and paid in the beginging as contaract 9, 0000 Dirham and the i will pay regular spaire parts with discount 50% but they accept to its their fault and deal with me very bad and irrespect way i went to their manger named Jone but he was lazy with his stff and they take my car and requested from wait i spend 6 hrs every 2 hrs i asked them is it finish they replay its under process
but when come another staff at 7 clock evening they told me your car nothing happen i shocked about thier irrespect way if dealing rheir customers and he asked me come tomorrow ( mr annil kumar) second day they asked me to pay 1, 400 Dirham
their bad way of dealing it make a lot of my friends shift to another my cars
