Be Forewarned !!! It is DIFFICULT to cancel a membership with XSPort (a.k.a. Capital Fitness). I've been through it this month (May 2010) and it is DIFFICULT to cancel. My advice is to NOT SIGN with Xsport until they change their method of cancelling a membership. I have had fitness memberships in three different states at many different companies and at Xsport it is EXTREMELY difficult to cancel a membership. On the evening of May 17, 2010, I paid $2.97 for information on getting government grants. I went to the website, (www.fed-pack.com/kit), after repeated attempts, and rechecking the information they gave me, I could not login. I recently ordered a large 3 hp Craftsman table saw over the internet. I selected the standard freight shipping, and the saw was supposed to be delivered to my home. The delivery charge (372 dollars) was supposed to include that the saw be set on my garage floor (the saw weighs over 500lbs). Realty Executives of Nevada allowed me to rent a home that was foreclosing. They failed to disclose this information to me and should be reported for this. It is their obligation to check the status of the home prior to renting it. I am really having a hard time dealing with some of the commerials I see and HEAR on TV. Usually, the ads will be for a new sevice, new product, or a promotion. What kills me is that some of these ads are set to be louder then the other ads and the program. My ears are very sensative to noises and a loud commercial makes me want to run out of the room. I first complained about it to my service provider who said that it was in my TV. In 2007 I purchased a D7460 HP printer. Before the warranty expired it stopped working. At the urging of HP technicians I purchased an extended warranty. They then sent a reconditioned HP D7460 printer. Two weeks ago, May 3, the ink pump stopped functioning. They have stopped manufacturing the D7460 and said they would send a reconditioned "upgrade" which turned out to be an HP8000.
