Gabriels floors/ Prada builders in Il Took my money and ran off. Had them install new floors and refinish old wood floors. Did a Very Bad job, didn't install them right. I cannot explain how much of a HEADACHE our experience has been with 1-800-VENDING. There are railroad tracks across from our business and we are seriously considering laying the stupid machine on the tracks and watching a train obliterate the *** thing. The machine didn't work from day 1, and trying to get customer service that was actually helpful was impossible. We were sent various parts, chips, circuit boards... I have bought glasses from 3 online suppliers and GlassesCrafters are the worst by far. The first hint of problems to come happened during delivery which took 6 weeks with no tracking number. Deffective exchange for same 7 month old phone now requires a data plan. Apparently smart phones purchased after September 2009 require a data plan. The phone being replaced was purchased prior to Sept. 2009 but AT&T argued with me now for HOURS why there has to be a a data plan attached. Need an act of Congress/God to correct this in their system. Looks like they might resolve this ; let's see. They are so frustrating to deal with ; they make account mistakes and you're trapped in "policy" hell. VSC light came on in my brand new 2010 corrolla, tried to turn on my street- lost all steering and the only way the car stopped was by hitting a deep curb. Am rescuing and revamping a Honda Civic. Car desperately needed cleaning and detailing. Contact, agreed to price of $110. M & M came out, they said price was sufficient. They began work. Called me 30 minutes later, claimed they needed to leave to get more cleaning supplies. Left car wide open. Did not return to finish job. I left 2 messages, none returned. I have had State Farm insurance on my cars for 35 years and my home for 22 years, never filing a claim.
