This is "protection" for the stuff you buy at BestBuy. They lie about what it covers to trick you into signing up. They then send over a packet with a big list of "exclusions" which you have 60 days to read and realize that you've been lied to, before they keep your money. Two teenage boys came into my home and 'sold' me $80 later. They said they get points for each different thing they do such as getting cash instead of credit card or check. I have a son with Autism and they befriended him and showed me and my husband (who is a police officer) magazines that would be great for him. Mr Selbst came into our Boynton Beach Location on three consecutive days and negotiated a check daily from a company called "The Firm" all three checks were returned Account Closed. Upon researching said checks it was discovered that Mr. Selbst infact was the sole officer listed with the state of Florida for The Firm. This is a puppy mill. She readily admitted to having over 37 puppies at one time, not to mention the many adults she has. I ordered a ring 1/4 size smaller than what I needed thinking that a jeweler could "stretch" the ring that tiny bit. You can only order rings in whole sizes. When the stretch was made, all the stones began to fall out. Stauer says that because it was touched by a jeweler that they can't take the ring back and send a repacement.
