I signed up for a 10 day free trial for an Acai Berry diet product. Today I received the shipment so I called to cancel my subscription, which the website claimed you had a total of 10 days to cancel the script without being charged. I was told that there was going to be a $159 charge to my credit card. The original order would have been for $89 if I did not cancel my subscription. I purchased a pitbull motorcycle, upon getting it back to ohio i realized there was no vin sticker. I was able to get in contact with Mike Davis the owner of the company. He said send him 300$ and he would get a replacement. Obviously he is a liar and a cheat.With all the complaints against him in Florida I can't understand why he isn;'t in jail. My husband was deployed to Iraq in March and prior to his delopment we ordered him a pair of Converse Sage Green boots for $96.00 with free shipping from Desert-Gear.com. When the boots arrived just prior to his deployment they had a hard plastic or metal piece that stuck into his ankle and he was not able to wear them since they were defective. It has been over four months since we stayed at a VRBO vacation rental home at Lake Tahoe and they still have not refunded our deposit. Agent won't answer phone and no other way to reach them except through a website and that won't respond either. There was no damage and they have not even provided a response to that effect either. Rental claimed to have wireless internet (no wireless router present), and hot tub (tub could only get to luke warm after several hours). Complained, but once they had the money, no response. I have an account with HDFC bank since more than 7 years. To my surprise I see that whatever hard-earned money i had saved in my account has been transferred to credit card division without any intimation. As per RBI guidelines, nobody is allowed to touch the account without the account holders consensus. I purchased ever pet scoopable cat liter. It is a good clumping cat liter unlike most, however it says it has odor control. the first time my cat ever used the liter it immediatly gave the room the worst lingering odor. I have never used a cat liter that did this. I clean the liter box several times a day and the odor just lingers. The same complaint(s) as I have been reading...the 10 day trial is up before you can have any time try the product and before you know it they've charged you full price or balance due on your order. I ordered my wedding dress from Le Salon in Royal Oak 8 months before my wedding. It was promised that it would come in within 3-4 months, but then they indicated a delay. I do not recommend this dealer because of the following: After a deal was made for a KIA Soul, when we returned for them to honor the wheel locks and extra key with remote, Marcus DeAngelis, General Manager, claimed we had to pay an addtional $202 for these accessories. Hired Macale to redo bathroom, remove old flooring and install new floor. After 3 days of demo, owner decides to charge an extra $2500.00 for effort because "They installed the old floor correctly".
