I have been a customer with XM for years. I have two radios on my account and pay the bill every six months. For some reason recently, I have been getting calls from their collection department despite the facts that I paid the bill electronically. I return the so called collection calls and the representative tells me that the bill is paid. Can someone explain why then I continue to get the calls. I am still getting the service but the continued calls are annoying. I received a call once from someone who didn't even speak English. The company representatives advise they are located in Burmuda. This jewelry repair shop is average to below average in the quality of it's work. I recently had 3 rings resized by them on the same order. And even though I determined the size using the sizers that they had, the rings ended up really too small. My son, and husband both purchased a moped scooter on-line. Well, needless to say both mopeds were in need of repairs. We took the bikes to this one place where we originally purchased another moped a couple of years ago, and they recommended a place called Mike's Bikes . In my business I always have several UPS's in operation. I used to swear by tripplite until I had a power failure incident. The power went out and the battery failed shortly thereafter. When the power came back on it came on "dirty" and one computer system plugged into the UPS was completely fried, CPU, CD drive and power supply (back when systems were in the 3000 range). This is a review of Handyman Express. We used the company to get bids on some construction work (to prepare for granite installation) and plumbing work. What a nightmare. The bids are high. Spectronic /proton custermer service was lacking in its delivery of troubleshooting my request for the removal of the stand from its 42' Protron TV. I asked for directions on its removal which was not in its manual. I've had the tv for 3 months and no technican is able to remove the stand, Also their 20' TV has been returned for a second time because the (SAP) second audio program is in spanish ans several of the mail networks has no audio. My girlfriend went to Third Dimension Salon to get a spiral perm. Come to find out instead of being perminant, it would only last 3 days. Service was VERY unprofessional. My hair was damaged. The first stylist cut off 4 inches of hair instead of trimming. She did a horrible job on color and highlights that I did not ask for. I was overcharged. We bought 3 Roundtree & Yorke T-shirts at Dillard's. My husband tried them on new, w/tags on, they fit. After hiring 3 separate electricians and replacing all smoke detectors twice, the false alarm was coming from the carbon monoxide detector. It never indicated anything was wrong (eg low battery, etc). The alarm was not a quick sound (as indicated on the product), but instead was a constant sound that would go off at different intervals, having the exact same sound as the "test" alert on the fire detectors (which is why I started there first).
