I have been trying for more than three weeks to get some tech support with this unit that is malfunctioning. I was told that tech support was on vacation for two weeks. Then, was told that the owner, Nick, could help me. I left numerous messages for Nick as well as e-mail messages. He has returned none of my messages and is always "out" or "away" when I call. I recently purchased a shirt from Cologe Denim outlets in Bear. The shirt deteriorated in the wash all the "designs" (or stencils) fell off the shirt even though the HANES tag said machine washable. I paid $20 for what I thought was a original product but was just a Hanes Tee which is clear stipulation to American Trademark Laws. Do not select Evercare as a health insurance or a medicare supplemental insurance.
