I wish to make a formal complaint directed at Hireworks and their handling of access damage coursed on my part reversing into a parked car while using their hire truck to move furniture during a house move. After the accident the credit card holder and I immediately reported the incident to Hireworks and left a note on the owners car. We did the right thing! I just had a bad experience at ZARA Glorietta today July 10, 2010 at 3:00pm by having my wallet stolen inside the store premises. I believe it happened when a fat lady wearing white shirt, pants and with pony tail bumped me at the kid's section. I have visited Germany in April for that I have taken two post paid SIMs from Clay Telecom by keeping Rs. 5000/- advance cheque & 5000/- by blocking Cr. card, after returning on 21st April 2010 I sent the SIMs to clay for billing (as per their instruction) they sent me Bills for Rs. 3616 accordingly I instructed them to take payment from my advance cheque & return balance amount by cheque, also unblock my cr card. I was paying for worryfree service for 5 years, my AC has been failing couple times a year each year, for the same reason "burned wire". So it broke again, I called for an appointment, and they tell me I have to wait 4 days to have them come in, WTF, its 100F outside, and I have a small baby, so I paid money for a private repair. But wait, when the guy showed me what they did it made me angree, they kept putting new wire year after year on a badly damaged/burned relay. This company is a huge SCAM!!! I purchased the best warranty plan they have and have had it for at least a year . I paid 1500.00 to only have a claim now and they dont cover any of the 6 things wrong with it. I'm highly upset because all other warranties cover the types of things that are wrong with my vehicle. I called to inquire about a room reservation over Memorial Day weekend. I was told I could be put on a cancellation list and asked for my credit card number, which I reluctantly gave them. The very next day I booked another hotel and called to be removed from the cancellation list. They said fine. Three weeks later I get billed on my credit card for a $200.00 room. National Chimney & Masonry (Tom Casey) was contracted to clean my chimney. While cleaning they told my wife that the chimney was seriously deteriorated and recommended a stainless steel liner. We purchased a brand new 2010 Rogue on May 19, 2010. Recently noticed the muffler looking like it was rusted. Took the vehicle in for it to be looked at, was told by the service dept and by the manager that nothing could be done. It was not defective in anyway but only discolored and therefore was not considered a problem.
