This is an update from my 7/9/10 complaint. Since my original call to the executive relations dept I have not rec any contact about the privacy issue I brought up. Even though Mellisa promised that I would be contacted by the privacy dept. I agree that Wachovia should be investigated for practices that seem to affect the consumer to their advantage. Namely the NSF fees and when they are applied. This moving broker is a rip off. They gave us a quote of $5, 900 and are now demanding $12, 400 for release of our furniture and household goods. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander, brand new, in 2007. The vehicle, which has less than 75K miles on it, has been in the transmission shop for the past week getting the transmission rebuilt and a new torque converter. I had ALWAYS wanted a Jeep and was excited when I finally got one. When you think of Jeep vehicles, you think of tough, rugged vehicles.
