Spent $1, 800+ last year on tree/insect treatments. Didn't notice one bit of difference in outdoor bugs or health of trees so didn't want to renew for this year. Checked in to the hotel with a travel discount coupon for two nights. Next morning stopped by front desk. Told them of some issues with room and left for the beach for the day. My complaint is against Humana and its sales associate Dennis Gabauer. There are 2 scam monthly charges from this same merchant: 1) from BBV ADN 2) Rebate Giant Upon buying the book, I did not authorize the extra $1 fee for their 'club' or these monthly charges. I ordered skates from them selecting UPS 2 Day Air Express Shipping in the amount of $33.12. They shipped the skates UPS Ground, which was at a cost of approx $14.20. I asked them for a refund in shipping charges since they shipped it via a different, cheaper method and they refuse to refund the difference in shipping since I "Still got them in 2 days". This is all proven by receipts and emails showing that they literally stole my $18.92. I went through Paypal to dispute the charge and they still will not refund my money. I brought my 2009 Venza in for electrical issues. They had the car twice and could not fix. Then when I complained a third time, all records of the complaints disappeared and they refused to service the car any further.
