I have a 2Mb/s connection from HFCL Connect and the monthly charges were 1300 plus taxes. I have been trying to call the Connect call centre to complain about the speed of the connection as it has not been over 512 Kb/s. The people answering the calls kept telling me that my connection is upto 2Mb/s and that 40 kb/s as download is the maximum that I will be getting.
