A couple months ago I purchased Lips for the my Xbox 360. If you don't know, Lips is a karaoke game in which you and your friends sing along to lyrics on the screen. The box and advertisements for the game state 1-6 players can play the game at a time. As a singing game, I was led to believe that meant 6 could sing. You can even purchase additional microphones. Husband was hit by a USAA insured driver this morning. Claims department couldn't be more UNHELPFUL-- wanted us to go through our insurance & pay our deductible when their client was issued a citation for improper left turn. Would not send a tow truck to tow his inoperable car (he had just dropped me off at work-- so I was also car-less). This was the worst company I have ever worked for. The upper management were all men. Three in particular. The CEO, Roy Snell, would go into spasms and yell and scream at whoever was in his line of fire for what seemed no reason. On 9-May-2009 i made full payment to reactivate it again, I was told that after expiry it takes 40 days to reactivate domain. Now already more than 60 days have been passed after expiry. I brought my truck into the shop in June because the motor in my window was out and my window would not go back up. For $400 they supposedly fixed the problem. 2 months later, my window would not roll up again after rolling it down. I called them and brought it back to be repaired and then 1 week later the same thing happen again. At this point I was very pissed and requested a full refund. I was helping a neighbor try to get a grant for home improvment, and was told a $2.97 fee would be charged to my credit card, and it was, plus I was also charged $57.61 on my credit card and should not have been.
