But the said amount of refund for the cancellation was never credited to my account. I had sold my car (KA04-MB-2706) to TVS Sundaram Iyengar & Sons Limited. The over-zealous car dealers took my signatures on all car ownership transfer papers to be submitted to RTO stating that they would complete the transfer procedure themselves, which was never done. Now, I am getting notices for fine payments for any traffic violations caused by the current owner of the car.
