Just a warning to anyone thinking of sending their gold items off for valuation to postgoldforcash.com, (the one with Anne Diamond on the TV adverts.) They advertise they will pay double anyone else valuation, but it's just a con. I sent an item to them, having had the item valued already at just under £300. They rang me and offered £91.00!! When I refused to accept it they then increased it o £245. I still did not accept the offer and asked for my gold to be returned, which they did. This office makes appointments (over books) and then cancels appointments with out calling the person who had the appointment! For example, the last three times I made an evening appointment, when I got to the office the lights were out and everyone had gone home. They have already started giving the allotment letters to the buyers without getting the required approval from the govt. authorities.
