I bought a set of pans for around $2, 000 and the am having problems with the handles. These pans are supposed to be lifetime guaranteed, but they only cover the base not the handles. I have not used these pans in any unusual way, so I think it is ridiculous that within 5 years I am already having problems with the handles and may have to pay for them. I have to send a pan in for them to check over and then if they think it is my fault I will still have to pay for the replacement parts. I also have to pay for the shipping to send the pan to them. I bought a Sony Viao- Adapter from this company. The purchase was made in Mid - Feb 2010. The product was covered with a 3 months warranty. They sent the product and the same was not working properly for me, in fact I spoke to them earlier also about the same, finally the adapter conked off last Friday (4 June 2010). From my understanding this is suppose to be a Christian-based Youth Center, but this place is no where close to being Christian like. For starters, they do not have enough employees to watch the children enrolled there. Instead of hiring more staff, they have unpaid volunteers ages 14-17 to look after the kids. This office makes appointments (over books) and then cancels appointments with out calling the person who had the appointment! For example, the last three times I made an evening appointment, when I got to the office the lights were out and everyone had gone home.
