Had a terrible experience with the GAP/GPP coverage we purchased on our new car. My wife & I still owe $240 after my insurance and GAP coverage paid. So, although we were told it would pay everything, it didnt. I was quoted fine print in all the various contracts and told they paid everything the were supposed to. I contracted with Sullivan Mayflower to move the contents of my home cross country to separate locations in VA & NJ. My contract said that 1 truck would be delivering my contents to 2 separate locals. The weight of my delivery was in excess of 3500LBs. I have banked with IBC for more than 10 years. Even when it was Local Oklahoma Bank. In 10 years I never had a problem. I went through the drive through last saturday, and the teller asked me a question I could not understand. When she could not explain it, she just said "nevermind." I bought a used GMC Sierra 1500 Extended cab 4x4 in August of 2008. The speedometer was working when I drove it off the lot but on the way home I passed a local police car and glanced down at my speedometer and it was sitting on zero. My sister took her vehicle in for transmission repair two weeks ago. She has given them $1500.oo in cash in order for them to order the parts and get started. Ever since they have ignored her phone calls and even hung up on her when she inquires about her vehicle. They have even came up with new issues on the vehicle not related to the transmission. They sold phone service to replace our previous AT&T service with the same features and agreed in voice recording that they will contact us before installation if there is a contractual termination fee from the previous service provider before installing our service. They did not only contact us, but when confronted with the voice recording asked us to fax the AT&T bill, and that their manager would get back to us. Have just now had enough money to get estimate on fixing it, but machine cannot be repaired. No television is a good buy at a cost of fifty dollars a month.
