I have purchased some movies from this website in February (for 50$). Despite my numerous claims and emails and re-assurance the products will be delivered they had never arrived. The company claimed this was UPS issue, but when I tried to track my parcel using the consignemnt tracking number, I realized UPS has never received any goods. I recently called Progress energy customer service to get an extension on an electric bill. The reason for this is because of an oversight by my wife who used the wrong account and method of payment. She used the regular account which is my account and that account is currently tapped out due to the fact that I am out on FMLA. (Had hip surgery). The payment returned unpaid. I got my service with Comcast in February 2010 after moving into another house. My problem started in June 2010 when I lost have the channels I had been getting. We have one box on the main TV and then just regular cable for the three TV's upstairs (just basic cable for $26 a month).
