As all other complaints read. I order trial free sample of this product for $.97 on 7-9-10 and 2 days later an unauthorized charge hit my back at Woodforest Bank for $169.95. This company are completely incompetent from their store sales staff, through the delivery service, to their so called "supervisors". My time at Coleman University was ok. There's one instructor who get really mad if you ask him a question. And he's been there for years, why he's still an instructor there, I don't know why. We hired a car from Car Hire UK and were charged a deposit GBP 670 which we were topld wpould be refunded when the car was returned in good condition and with a full fuel tank. This was complied with and 4 months later we have not had a refund. In addition we have tried calling them but cannot get through to them on their telephone number. Always engaged. We have spoken to the reservations office who give an email address to contact the customer d=services office but this always comes back as incorrect address.
