We hired a car from Car Hire UK and were charged a deposit GBP 670 which we were topld wpould be refunded when the car was returned in good condition and with a full fuel tank. This was complied with and 4 months later we have not had a refund. In addition we have tried calling them but cannot get through to them on their telephone number. Always engaged. We have spoken to the reservations office who give an email address to contact the customer d=services office but this always comes back as incorrect address. So do not recommend them to anyone wanting to hire a car in the UK.
