We received a phone call stating we had not used a vacation package we had purchased and that this company would re-activate that package PLUS add another vacation. We initially received a fraudulent motherboard from Code Micro. It took several emails and phone calls, including pictures of the fraudulent item next to the legitimate item, for the initial RMA to be accepted. While we had to eat the shipping charges both ways for a blatantly fake item, we were assured that the replacement item would be correct. The replacement was, as best we could tell, the proper item, however it was not at all functional. Code Micro delayed the RMA process for the second item long enough to force it outside the window during which returns were accepted and are now refusing to take back the DOA item. When I moved from my apartment in Mauldin, SC to my relative's house in Taylors, SC, I was assured that my DSL had been cut off at the old address and activated at the new. I was never once told (in a 30 minute conversation) that I could not use the original modem without re-registering it. I purchased a travel makeup mirror made by Zadro Inc. I don't use it very often and still have the box, packaging and receipt. It has not been abused in any way, and still looks new. The outside of the box states "Lifetime Bulb". The bulb on this mirror recently burned out. I bought an engagement ring from this company. After it was resized, as many engagement rings must be, the diamond came back crooked.
