I purchased on 6/22 a ticket reimbursement policy for a baseball game tickets. total purchase of 3 tickets was 88.00, Their policy no questions asked refund of amount was 8.80. One of my nephews could not make it to game. Asked for a refund and claim for 25.00 under their no questions asked policy. My nephew injured himself the friday before game on saturday. That is reason I asked for claim. He could not make the trip. Well they sent me a 7 page form to fill out including hospital, doctor diagnosis, treatment, phone numbers, addresses, emails etc so could process the claim. Well nephew did not go to doctor, I explained that to them, did not matter. Wanted all this info for a lousy 25.00. They could get that out of the coffee fund. Their no questions asked turned into a tootal nightmare. Will never buy event insurance from them or any body again. Just will eat the loss. policy number 908480411.
