I am writing this complaint about "text challenge" company I started to receive text messages in the form of quizzes almost daily. they came in. Never did they indicate that this was a text message that I was going to be charged for nor did they send a message explaining how to stop the messages. I paid a $1 to see credit reports. I asked if I could dispute the transactions. My identity was compromised & stolen since July, 2008. When Experian would not send me a report or file a dispute in regards to the report I cancelled the subscription when I was sent email from Experian. My Verizon bill shows charges for Flixofee dated August 11, 2010, for services I never authorized or received, This is the secone time in a couple years that Verizon has been a party to this kind of billing scam. Main complaint = charged for toll fees that I did not incur. I travel to Denver 5-6 times a year. I do not travel on I470, not on any toll exits. Nice try Advantage. I bought my Toshiba porteger 2 years ago with a 3 year warranty. Within 6 months the electrical chord shorted. They gave me an old repaired one for temporary use which stopped working after 3 hours. The new replacement wire seemed very hard and after an year it has severed half way and I have stopped using it for fear of shorting.Took it to the dealer who says it is a mechanical damage and not covered by waranty. I took their course twice (was told the first time that someone had lost my schoolwork) and got an A both times.
