On 9-19-2010 I took my vehicle to Sacramento to attempt to sell it to CarMax (Roseville) and Nissan on AutoRow in Sacramento. During the review of CarMax's cash offer they advised me AutoCheck (a part of Experian) had listed 2 (two) accidents reported for my vehicles VIN. I just got another letter from a different collection agency in Oct '10 saying I owe for the same bill. I called the bank and Franklin Collection Agency cashed the check in May '10. Send information to them and they will send a packet with letter to your mortgage company to tell of your hardship with your finances. An oven packed up in my tenant's townhouse, which Dial-A-Tech duly repaired, only to pack up again three months later. A relay switch was then replaced only to pack up another 2 weeks later. I received good service up to the return of my DVD writer. My repair request was entered a full month before I received it back. I had to go to the store to ask them what was happening and received it there and then. Why had they not given me a call sooner nobody knows. The assistant at the desk told me he would escalate the matter and they would get back to me. It is now three business days later and I have not heard anything from them. I ordered a costume that was too large and went to the website to find out how to exchange the item and the return process information page told me to order the item that I wanted to replace the large costume, and then it would offer me a "return transaction" process link, but it never did. Took my car in to get the wires concealed. They where not suppose to touch any settings on anything. When I got the car back about 200m down the road got an electronic smell. It just so happened that they fiddled with the amp and blew the sub-woofer which was 2 days old. When I confronted them about it they just said that they take no responsibility for it. If I can give you advice take all things not needed for what you want done out of the vehicle as they will not take any responsibility for anything that is wrong with equipment after getting it back.
