We purchased our 26' above ground pool from Fox Pools, Lancaster, Pa. 8 years ago. He comes across professional as we sat down once together to discuss the script. He stole the script when he bailed out by not returning what he had typed. I went through the drive-thru and my order price seemed to be incorrect. I asked and was told it wasn't. The attendant was rude from the start. 10/10/10 Today my boyfriend and I dropped off our 6month old Coton De Tulear to be groomed. It is the second time he has been to this store for a grooming. When we dropped him off the groomer told us we did not need to leave the picture of the cut we wanted, since she had a good idea. She insisted we take it with us. I recently bought spectorsoft. their ad was great, it told me all the things they did. What they left out was how you use the product. they never told me i could only see the recorded data from the computer i installed the software on. so here i am, a single dad trying to make sure my teenage daughter does not get into too much trouble, and i have to wait till i get home from work and my daughter is out of the house to check her computer. sometimes its ok but most times its very hard to do this and when i finally get to see the recorded data, its too late. The xperience with Greenwald & Hoffman was the worst I had ever had. He is arrogant and rude. I recieved only a partial shipment and the Obagi Products I did recieve were either not authentic or expired. I tried to contact them via email with no response. They do not have a phone number to contact. I contacted my credit card and they reversed charges but then Elite Depot wroted back and called me dishonest. The shell gas station did not have any signs visabily posted that stated that the gas contained ethanol. When I asked the clerk on due who's name is Victor according to the receipt he said that the gas contained ethanol. I informed him there were no signs his responce was someone must have taken them. I or my wife could not see on any of the pumps any where that a stick could have been that would have said contains ethanol.
