My husband and I purchased 4 tickets on August 13th for the Giants @ Dallas game October 25th, at $205.00 each plus a $25.00 Express Delivery fee, the amount was taken right out of my bank card, I have yet to receive tickets and the game is two weeks away, I have been calling and leaving voice mails for the past three weeks with no response, I have purchased non-refundable plane tickets for the 23rd of October, what am I suppose to fly out and hope that there will be tickets available? I had my lap band done with this company they said if I paid cash it will be $18, 000.00 for everything with 12 fills .I told them I had insurance so they said it will cover the charges they billed my insurance $120, 000.00 plus $350.00 for every fill plus Dr visits . This company sent me a list that had more than half of the data base with incorrect numbers and email addresses. Just old, rehashed leads that could not even be reached on the email addresses that were still active. Basically, we got totally screwed by this company, and they refused to give a refund for their defective leads. These jerks run their business out of their employee's cars. They seem to be able to charge whatever they want for recovery, because they only take cash after dark, and heaven forbid you want to use a card during the day to get your car back. Rhino Home Improvements of Sheffield/Rotherham built an extension which has leaked from the start. Despite a guarantee they have consistently refused to fix it and will not reply to any contact. I commented at the time that I thought their method of roofing would give potential for problems, but of course they knew best. Despite reassurance of their after-care, this has not been forthcoming. I took the CERT training in 2010. I felt while the training is very cool and a great way to learn how to help others. I felt that the instructors did not know what they were talking about. It really was like they woke up one morning and said let's do this. The instructors had little background in the material they were teaching. It would be nice if they had people who knew what they were talking about or at least knew the material from the manuals they were using. Copy of email sent. On Aug 4th I bought my daughter a new phone from the store on 101A in Nashua NH. As I do every year in July I renew my children's insurance. It's always a BIG hassle with tons of lost paperwork by Kidcare's great staff. Also btw, I always send all correspondence certified, return receipt requested due to this problem.
